New Horizon College of Engineering is an Autonomous college affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & University Grants Commission (UGC).
Eligibility :The Candidates must possess Master’s Degree recognized from the University, with a minimum CGPA OF 6.75 out of 10 or 60% aggregate marks at the Master’s Degree

Department of Electrical & Electronics engineering is a University (VTU) recognized Research Center wherein a lot of research activity is carried out on the latest development techniques such as Image processing, Artificial Neural Network, Robotics, Signal Processing, VLSI and Renewable energy resources. As a part of research many papers have been published in the international and national conference/Journals. The department has received grants from AICTE for conducting research activity.
